How We Do It
Our hiring standards are among the highest in the medical industry. We thoroughly test and screen all professionals before they are hired and placed in service; and we actively monitor their performance throughout their assignmnets. Our Staffing Service Center, using the latest communications and internet resources, manages staff requisitions, candidate management, travel management, documentation, histories, references, and evaluations. A nurse coordinator is assigned to manage the maximum of 20 professionals in order to insure that the highest level of service is delivered - comprehensively, efficiently, and reliability.
